°£´ÜÈ÷ ¸»Çϸé contract(°è¾à)Àº ÀϹÝÀûÀÎ agreement(ÇÕÀÇ) Áß¿¡¼ ¹ýÀû Àǹ« Áï 乫°ü°è°¡ ¹ß»ýµÇ´Â °Í¸¸À» ¸»ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ÈÄÀÚ°¡ ÀüÀÚº¸´Ù ³ÐÀº °³³äÀÔ´Ï´Ù.
½Ç»ýÈ°¿¡¼´Â °è¾à ´ë½Å¿¡ ÇÕÀǶó´Â ¸»À» ÀÚÁÖ »ç¿ëÇϹǷΠ³»¿ë¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ±¸º°ÇØ¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù.

CONTRACT:
A promise, or set of promises, for breach(À§¹Ý) of which the law gives a remedy(±¸Á¦¹æ¹ý), or the performance(ÀÌÇà) of which the law in some way recognizes as a duty(乫).
The essentials of a valid(À¯È¿ÇÑ) contract are "parties competent(Àû°ÝÀÎ) to contract, a proper subject matter, consideration(´ë°¡°ü°è), mutuality(»óÈ£ÀÇÁ¸¼º) of agreement, and mutuality of obligation(乫).
A transaction(°Å·¡) involving two of more individuals whereby each becomes obligated to the other, with reciprocal(È£ÇýÀÇ) rights to demand performance of what is promised by each respectively.
The total legal obligation which results from the parties' agreement as affected by law.
