==============================================================================================================

October 13, 2003 (³²½Å¿ì °øµ¿´ëÇ¥ÀÇ ¹ø¿ª)

We have formed the Voice of the People to save our beloved country from the traitors.  We are organizing the Alternative Force to keep the National Assembly in the General Election next year, our last and only chance against the pro-Kim Jong-il traitors.  The Voice of the People will be a revolution by the people.  The Voice of the People will be a coup d¡¯etat by the people!

Declaration:

The current crisis in South Korea is the responsibility of the incompetent and corrupt pro-North Korea politicians who have supported and followed the dictatorial regime of Kim Jong-il in North Korea.  Kim Jong-il has systematically starved three million of his own people to death and butchered hundred of thousands of innocent people, turning his own country into a living hell on earth and refusing to open up and reform.

Our beloved country is not being governed properly, but is being systematically destroyed and turned to the left.  The enemies within are about to turn the country over to the dictator in North Korea, and declare that the country is unified.  We know that the enemies have infiltrated everywhere in our government, the press, the police, the schools, and in the labor unions.  The people are helpless and cannot recover any of these from the enemies.

The only place we can safeguard from them is the National Assembly, where we can send our representatives with our votes.  We, the Voice of the People, will select a group of true patriots with principle and conscience for the upcoming General Election in April 2004.  We, the Voice of the People, will safeguard the National Assembly against the pro-Kim Jong-il traitors, in the name of democracy and the people.  The Voice of the People is a plant where we can produce multitude of true patriots.  We are a group of patriots ready to die for our country.  We know we will be harassed by the enemies, and we may be kidnapped in the dark of the night.  Our country has already turned into a republic where everybody lives in fears.

The Current National Crises:

Our government has been sending money to the enemy to support its military.  They set up the sightseeing enterprise to visit Kumkang Mountain in North Korea, and paid Kim Jong-il $300 per visitor for 500,000 people a year whether the actual number of visitors reach that number or not.  North Korea charged the visitors $4 per visitor to use the restroom!  The government forced Hyundai Corporation to give $1 billion to Kim Jong-il in secret allegedly to secure the exclusive right to set up this business.  Hyundai sent half a billion dollars in cash to Kim Jong-il.  There had been accidents such as cold cash evaporating somewhere, somehow.  President Kim Dae-jung had a secret conversation with Kim Jong-il alone in the car for 55 minutes before their so-called Summit Meeting in June 2000.  When he came back to South Korea, he was no longer our President, but a conspirator with the enemy.  He ordered the removal of all land mines in the DMZ, supported abolition of the national security law, encouraged the anti-U.S. movement in South Korea, persecuted the free press, and mass-hypnotized the population into the red ideology.  He even offered to turn over some of the territorial waters to North Korea.  He was about to declare the peace treaty with North Korea in February 2001, but the U.S. intervened in time to stop him.  It was a close call.  Nobody knows what the government did with 28 billions of dollars of public funds.  It must have gone to the pro-Kim Jongi-il traitors in South Korea.  Public funds were used to recruit and support traitors!

The labor union composed of only 12% of the labor forces in South Korea control the national economy.  The government policy forbids the business monopoly, but actively supports the monopoly of the labor market by this pro-Kim Jong-il union.  The government and the labor union are unified against the business.  The companies in South Korea are moving their operations to foreign nations, or simply go out of business.  67% of manufacturing plants have moved out of country.  The average income of the union laborer has now reached $50,000 a year.  The labor union leaders are the new aristocrats riding in luxury cars with a chauffeur.  There are 300,000 college graduates every year, but only 5,000 get employed.  About 50 people commit suicide everyday in South Korea these days.

Chonkyo-Jo, the infamous teachers union, published a book titled ¡°Unification to Save Our People.¡±  The cover of this book is a smiling North Korean military officer with children surrounding him.  It promotes the unification of Korea by the North Korean military.  The book teaches, ¡°War is terrible!¡±  ¡°The U.S. will start a war in Korea!¡±  ¡°The Number One Evil is the U.S., and the pro-American, anti-Communism conservatives are the warmongers!¡±  ¡°North Korea is our brother!  We have to give them more!¡±  Read the book and find out yourself!

Everybody in South Korea is afraid of these traitors.  Nobody responds to the call of the country.  Patriots of yesterday are harrassed as traitors today.  The enemies are rewriting our history.  All pro-Kim Jong-il traitors who demonstrated and rioted against the authorities in the past are being reclassified as patriots and freedom fighters.  They were recruited and brainwashed by the Kim Il-sung agents.  They were persecuted by the military government in South Korea.  Therefore, they hate the Republic of Korea.  They became more militant after the May 18th Kwangjoo uprising.  They organized numerous combat units to fight the authorities.  They threaten they would take over the country in May 2004.

They are liars and conspirators.  They cheated the presidential election with electronic vote counting machines.  We will not let them use the electronic machines again in the General Election.  The trial is not over yet at the court on the case of vote counting irregularities.  Prominent lawyers are fighting for our cause at the court.  Two girls died from an automobile accident last year.  The U.S. compensated the families, and apologized over and over for the accident.  The traitors used the incident to rally the youths against the U.S. troops in Korea.  The traitors are not concerned about the human rights of our own people in North Korea.  The traitors talk only about unification and peace with Kim Jong-il.  The traitors claim, ¡°Unification first!  Unification at whatever the costs!¡±  They use big words such as democracy, unification, country, and reform, but they are in truth against the U.S., and are pro-Kim Jong-il, and for unification with Kim Jong-il in power.

Objectives of the Voice of the People:

We will recruit and support freedom fighters for democracy, and send them to the National Assembly in the General Election in April 2004.
We will take the country back from the traitors.
We will promote the society of knowledge and the society of conscience.
We will recruit all the brains in the country, and research, develop, and legalize the systems following after the advanced countries.
We will support all human rights organizations here and abroad, who are working to save our 23 million people suffering under Kim Jong-il in North Korea.

Platform of the Voice of the People:

We will fight with system, not with swords, to run the government.
We will denounce violence, mass activism, and populism.  We will work with logic, persuasion, and leadership.
We will fight against the treasonous ideology, and work with the scientific system to advance our society.
We will follow the justice, not the power.
We will endeavor to be the intelligent elites for our country.

Methods to Organize the Alternative Force by the Voice of the People:

We welcome all patriots who agree to our platform.  This is a national crisis.  We cannot seek after the patriots waiting for us to come.  You must come to us if you are concerned about our beloved country.  This movement is not to seek power, but to save our country.

We welcome all pro-democracy conservatives and human rights organizations who want to work with us.
We will check and review the qualifications of all candidates for the National Assembly.  We will train those who are qualified for 3 months how to fight the traitors and save the country.
We will support the incumbents who are pro-South Korea.  We will fight to defeat those who are against democracy and open market economy.
We know how to win in the General Election.  We have the strategy and power.  We will need some money for this movement, but do not need millions of dollars to win.  We will fight with our brains, not with money.  Where there is a will, there is a way.

Announcement:

We will now accept applications from the candidates and recommendations for the National Assembly.
Campaign funds must be transparent.  There are many crooks and brokers going after the campaign funds.  Please send the contributions directly to the designated bank accounts.
Campaign funds will be managed by three people, and will be made public.

Buy the Tapes:

Recorded tape is available for sale and campaign.  This recorded message will explain to you how to save the country from the traitors.  This tape is our bullet.  Tape is for sale at 10,000 Won each.  All proceeds will go to the campaign funds.  Whoever buys the tape will be automatically registered as a member of the Voice of the People.
